What's your typical response time?
One business day for new project inquiries during US weekdays. For urgent requests from existing clients with production issues, the support inbox is monitored daily.
Will I talk to a salesperson or an engineer?
An engineer. The first email you get back is from one of our senior team members, and the discovery call will be with the person who would lead the project.
NDA before details?
Yes — mention it in your note and we'll send our mutual NDA. If you have your own template, we'll work from yours.
Recruiter or job applicant?
